Instead, they contain numerous chemical additives and excessive amounts of added sugar, which is unnecessary considering the inherent sweetness of fruits. Excessive sugar consumption can lead to health issues like diabetes. It is advisable to avoid consuming these ultra-processed products and opt for freshly squeezed fruit juices instead.
